The story behind ZipServ

We built ZipServ because we lived the problem.

Vijay S., Founder

Two HVAC companies. Hundreds of dollars. Still broken. My wife handed me a number from our neighborhood group chat. One call. Fixed. ZipServ is that trust — built by neighbors, for neighbors, everywhere.

What we believe

Neighbor trust is the most valuable signal in local services — and it should be accessible to everyone, not just the people who happen to know the right neighbor.

ZipServ digitizes that trust. When your neighbor recommends a plumber on ZipServ, that recommendation stays visible to every neighbor in that ZIP code — forever. No anonymous reviews from strangers. Just real people vouching for real service providers they've actually used.

How it works

1

Neighbors recommend

Real neighbors submit the local pros they've personally used and trust — plumbers, HVAC techs, electricians, handymen, and more.

2

We verify and list

Every recommendation is reviewed before going live. We confirm the business is real and reachable. No anonymous spam, no fake reviews.

3

You find someone you can trust

Search by ZIP code, request a free quote, and call the business directly. No bidding wars, no inflated lead fees passed on to you.
